I know exactly what all of those things feel like and how it does shape who you become. I didn't think so at the time but the homeschool way of life is how I want my own children to grow up. Now that my youngest is starting pre-k I am seeing what it feels like to truly be the shaper and teacher of my children. I am so thankful for my homeschool heritage, even though if you had asked me at 13 about that i would have never admitted that! Thankful to see another "normal" Christian homeschool family teaching the important things in life and realizing that homeschool is so much more than just being the ones to teach your kids their ABC's. The life lessons learned through home learning are invaluable and not really able to be learned anywhere else. Thankful you made it "home"safely. Been watching for updates and keeping up with you guys through your husbands blog. Thank you for being faithful in a world that doesn't even know what that means anymore. Stick by the stuff!<br />BonnieAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
